FA Clients Connected to BPEs with Extended Edge Switching Ring MLAG-Connected CB FA Proxy Peers

This configuration example shows how to configure Fabric Attach (FA) proxy controlling bridge (CB) Extended Edge Switching This command is available on all Universal switches supported in this document. Ring CB peers to receive and approve VLAN/NSI mappings from FA clients connected to BPEs.

In the following example:

The FA proxy/client connected to BPE port sent VLAN/NSI mappings.
The FA proxy CB MLAG peers see its LLDP neighbor as FA client.
When mappings are received on a BPE port, the FA proxy CB creates a dynamic VLAN and adds ISC ports, uplink MLAG ports, and extended port to the dynamic VLAN that matches received VLAN/NSI mappings.
The FA server approves the mappings and moves the VLAN/NSI mapping to the active state in FA database.
The FA server MLAG peers act as VXLAN VTEPs.
When creation of dynamic virtual networks is enabled (configure virtual-network dynamic on), Extended Edge Switching MLAG ring CB peers create dynamic virtual networks for VLAN-VNI pair that match the VLAN/NSI(I-SID) mappings in the FA database.
